Beth Yesford

As the Principal Broker/ and one of the managing partners of e Venture LLC’s Professional Real Estate Brokerage – Beth is licensed in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. Beth possesses the knowledge, experience and fortitude to make your next real estate venture a successful one. A resident of the area, Beth is proud to serve the area she calls home and enjoys taking advantage of the many cultural, entertainment and recreational amenities that the DC metro area provides. Enjoying a substantial amount of business from repeat clients and referrals from past satisfied clients, Beth is known as a hardworking Realtor® whose many successes comes from being an attentive listener who has also mastered the art of negotiation. Beth specializes in a number of areas in real estate, including foreclosures, estate sales, short sales, BPO’s, and investment properties. She also enjoys working with first-time buyers, repeat buyers, and listing properties for sale. In addition to holding her Principal Broker license, she is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative , Senior Real Estate Specialist,
Military Real Estate Professional ,and New Home Co Broker- and has an MS Degree in Administration and BS in Business.

John Yesford

Realtor Licensed in Virginia.

John is pursuing a degree In Economics, with a Minor in Math and Business at Virginia Commonwealth University. He expects to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in May 2019.

John has worked as a Transaction Coordinator,Listing agent , showing agent and Rental agent with the Yesford team since 2016.

Lori Pierce became a licensed Realtor in Virginia in 2005. Whether working with buyers or sellers, her passion is to deliver success in a seamless manner, with as little effort as possible on the part of her clients. She believes that her success lies in actively listening and paying attention to the details. Prior to entering real estate, Lori held several executive sales roles in the foodservice distribution and hospitality technology industries, focusing in the government, education and healthcare segments. She holds a BS in Food and Nutrition and graduated from Framingham State University. Lori has lived in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1981, and in Northern Virginia since 1994. When she is not selling homes, Lori loves to paint, garden, and read, as well as spending time with her animals.


Thavy Lynch

Licensed in Maryland and Virginia

Calling Northern Virginia her home for more than 20 years. Thavy and her husband reside in Reston Virginia with their two children.
Thavy has a caring spirit and enjoys people and the time she spends with her clients. She has received many accolades from her clients for her patience and listening skills.
Prior to obtaining her license, Thavy held positions in the lending and customer service sector.
Thavy is bilingual – Cambodian (speaking only)
